From one of the 28 other drinking threads: My wife snores like a banshee. I slap the mattress, poke her, push her to get her to change her sleeping position. She will roll over and within 2 minutes start snoring again. Most nights I don't get to sleep until past 1:00 am even though lights go off around 11:00 pm. Funny thing though, when I drink a beer or two on Friday night or Saturday night I don't have a problem getting to sleep. So am I wrong or sinning by drinking a couple of beers so I can get some much needed sleep?
