Is Physical Death the Highest Form of Healing?

    It is often a mystery, and for the non-believers, a foot in the door in order to criticise God, especially when people are prayed for and still die.

    What does it mean when God chooses not to heal that person? Does that mean that the sick person did not have adequate faith, or enough prayer, or were those who prayed for the sick person, lacking the right stuff, when it came to their faith and prayer?

    Or, is the answer as simple as knowing that while some are allowed to remain [in this life to die another day], the truth is, death is the most effective and higest form of healing that God can dole out to His children in time of suffering and pain?

    I'd appreciate you thoughts along with supporting Scripture. :type:

    we know that we have of God what we are asking, IF it be in his divine Will!

    Always pray for the sick to recover, to be healed by the Greay physician, but allow Him to decide just how to bring healing!

    Sometimes jesus directly heals, majority of the time thru medicine/surgery, sometimes thru death, other times grants enduring grace!

    It is not death that heals, but our resurrection to life. We have been given eternal life, and enjoy this now as a new heart. We still live in a body in bondage to the decay as a result of sin entering the world. One day we will be given the incorruptible undecaying body promised to us.

    The present sufferings do not compare to the glory that awaits us.
