    so, then, it is the gospel that was nailed to the cross ? the gospel that shed blood ? the gospel that rose from the dead ? is it the gospel interceding in heaven right now, and is coming back again ?

    the only way that you can make me turn away from my position to yours is if you can prove, by scripture, that redemption is still ongoing because (1) the cross is NOT a past event, (2) the tomb is not empty, (3) the blood of Christ has not been shed, (4) he is not in a position of intercession now.

    Prove that, and you have my apologies and my promise I will cease to be a Primitive Baptist.

    I daresay now it is hard to go against Scriptures and the finality, in judgment of the non-elect (whether angels or humans), and the redemption of His own, of Christ's finished work at the cross for all His people and then make the claim that God elected for salvation a definite number of people and wrote their names in His book of life from before the foundation of the world.

    no one has to go against scripture to understand the truth of what it says both in regards to God and man
    I will be able to post in in a couple more hours at about 170 miles to go and then I will offer some scriptures like you requested EWF is hoping that we don't see eye to eye then I have no one to hide behind anymore.
