Over the past 35 to 40 years I have seen my Churches youth ministry dwindle to an all time low. We are doing the same music we did in 1980 (Traditional). Recognizing the appeal that music has to todays youth, could this be a reason?

Do you have a Youth pastor of their age group? Place an emphasis on teaching Youth, and having them get together for worship and teaching on a regular basis?

We have Wed night service dedicated to just the Youth pastor and staff and youth, running about 50 right now...

perhaps it would be good to see about becoming joint partners with those youth programs then now?
