Is there a difference between the 'Law of God' and the 'Law of Moses'?

And does Deut 5:22 '...and he added no more [to the "ten Commandments"] have any bearing on the distinction between the two?

For instance, is the idea that a child should be stoned for disobedience simply Moses' derivation of 'Honor thy father and thy mother'? Is this the law of Moses, while the original 10 are the 'Law of God' in scripture?

    And,

Is there, then, a 'Law of God' beyond the 10 Commandments? Jesus did say that 'on these two [commandments] hand all the law and the prophets...'

    Give thoughts...
