    I am in need of some landlord tenant leagal advice and I was wondering if there was a lawyer that can help me out?

    The previous poster gave you some good advice. As a lawyer, I would be very reluctant to offer you advice over the internet, other than to tell you to do some research and find a good one who handles real estate issues near your home.

    Thanks for the advice but I just didn't find what I was looking for.
    I can't hire a lawyer due to financial burdens.
