Is this the Liberal Media

    There has been a news account that a lady has been arrested for refusing to returning a football.
    (link from FOX news)

    Basically, kids were playing and the football landed in her yard. She now has ten of them.

    The report as I said above says the arrest was for keeping the footballs. However, CNN reported the actual reason for the arrest was her REFUSAL to sign the ticket summons.
    Another words, had she signed the ticket, there would have been no arrest. She simply would have went to court.

    So, would you say the media is liberal when they distort the facts - such as FOX did?

    Is CNN more conservative for giving the actual reason for the arrest?

    The MSM is liberal because they distort and conceal facts for the specific purpose of promoting a particular political agenda and the politicians who support that agenda. Factual errors such as you cite, which are ideologically neutral, are completely separate from the issue of political media bias.
    Btw, since she still would have been in court for keeping the footballs either way, the matter of her arrest is actually secondary to the point of the story.
