    I was out of town for the holiday when he died so I didn't find out until this morning.

    I was disappointed to hear the news.

    He was a good man and it's one of the great injustices of history that those who are ignorant of history will remember him for one bad performance in a debate, rather than for being the epitome of courage and leadership that he was.
