Calvinism often speaks of how glorious it is to be one of God’s efficaciously elected ones. One thing that troubles be about Calvin is an “apparent" lack of compassion for those that are lost. How can this be. They are fellow human beings. Some of them are our mothers and fathers; our sisters and brothers. Our children and our friends. In everyday life, we cannot tell the difference between them and another brother that is chosen. I would like to hear some Calvinists express their feelings for those that are not chosen. I know that neither you nor I can save them. But how can we pray, thank God that we are chosen and never bring up their fate before God. How can we go about praising God as tho they do not even exist. If you are a Calvinist, tell me about your love and compassion for those that are not chosen.
