    Did he apologize for being a Democrat in disguise, or just for his errors in judgment?

    He has maintained a facade of "neutrality" over the years, but the truth was told this election.

    Since you missed the apology:
    The apology wasn't to you, but to those who've supported him. And it was for "error of judgement".
