Judge blocks California's violent video game law

    Why is it that whenever folks desire to inject some morality into our culture it is ruled unconstitutional?...

    I believe art imitates life, not the other way around. I agree with labeling, and I agree certain games should be age-restricted over the counter, but it is, and should be, up to parents as to what games they think their kids should play.

    That sounds fair to me, seems to have sounded fair to the citizens and their representatives of California and seems to have sounded fair to the governor of California.

    24) Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press. ​

    Well, San Fransisco, would that be the 9th circuit, or am I confused with the feds ? Nope, federal judge, 9th circuit. I don't think Arnold's going to have much luck with those guys.
