    Which is more disturbing?

    Perhaps this should be in Politics because it happened 20 years and more back, but the FBI tapes have only recently been released.

    Not concerned by any of it. Do you really think anyone testifies before Congress without someone knowing what they are going to say?

    And Renquist was not the only guy on the bench, so whatever drug affects might have existed were certainly able to be offset. He got off them and moved on.

    of course, there's the flip side...

    There's a couple of justices that might rule better if they were hallucinating.

    Maybe we could mail some of those meds to the Ninth Circuit Fool's Court of Appeals.
