Kentucky teen faces charge for naming attackers

    I hope that the judge has enough sense to not even allow her to be tried for contempt. After all, the boys had already plead guilty, so it's not like it was slander. IMHO, the boys forfeited their right to anonymity as soon as a verdict was reached. Protect alleged offenders, yes. Protect proven guilty offenders, no.

    Now that I've said that, I do agree that she went about it the wrong way. As one person said in the article, instead of just blatantly disobeying the gag order, she should have tried to have the gag order removed. Take things one step at a time, instead of rushing to do something like she did.
