I watched a TV program recently where it was shown how bad and dangerous vaccination is. People in the medical profession were interviewed and they say it is not only unnecessary but also dangerous. They connect it to pharmaceutical industry being tied to secret societies who wait and prepare world for New World Order. Sounded very convincing so i have decided not to immunize our newborne.
"When you take a look at the ever-increasing numbers of doses of vaccines babies have gotten over the past two decades and you see this corresponding rise in chronic disease and disability in our children, it is out of control," said Barbara Loe Fisher, president of the National Vaccine Information Center, which does not accept money from vaccine manufacturers.

She worries that vaccines might be linked to ballooning rates of chronic illness like autism, which has increased tenfold since the mid-1980s, and asthma, which has more than doubled since 1980."

the TV program i watched was in Russian, and was done from Christian point of view. It had allot of in-depth material, interviews with doctors and medical scientists, professors and also parents of kids who are now ill or invalids because of vaccinations. They're saying that each kid is different and has different immune system and DNA patterns that are more or less susceptible to some of the side effects that each vaccine has. Each child has to be carefully examined and tested before administering a "custom" designed vaccine specifically for that child, not the way it is done on a massive scale, same vaccine for millions of babies. Plus they say that if you can postpone vaccination till about baby is 3-5 years old you're doing great. Even if child gets sick with one of these diseases (like chickenpox) its easily treated these days and kid is not bombarded with all those diseases and chemicals that are in the vaccine.

I've stopped vaccinating my children as well. I think there is too much unknown about the true effects of vaccinations. With supposed links to autism and SIDS, I don't think its worth it.

In some jurisdiction you can claim a religious exemption. Or home teach. If we were starting overw e would home teach.

The cost/benefit ratio, even assuming the worst, is far too great on the side of vaccination, for anyone to risk polio or other catastrophic disease for their chldren.

Absolutely! There is risk in any medical procedure, but we don't let that fear keep us from doing what has the best odds of a healthy life. Tonsilectomy has risks, coronary bypass has risks.

The autism risk, as I understand it, is from vaccines containing thimerisol, which contains mercury. Newer vaccines are available without that ingredient.

Polio crippled many kids before the Salk and Sabin vaccines came along. The benefits greatly outweighed the risks. There is a risk with not vaccinating.

If your kids are the only ones in the community not getting vaccinated and you don't travel, then chances are good that they will survive childhood unscathed by these viruses. However, if a large percent of the community's children are also not getting vaccinated, then if one of children get infected, chances are high that most the rest of the unvaccinated will as well.

Polio, which was once almost irradicated in the US made a comeback in unvaccinated communities. Whooping cough is also on the rise.

Kids used to die from measles. It's starting to happen again. And there's something else...

In 2004, about 454,000 children died from measles worldwide. The virus still exixts, and sometimes it can cause a debilitiating form of encephalitis, which is often worse than any case of autism.

Amen, Sister Daisy - you are RIGHT ON!

I had dozens of friends who were crippled for life by
polio and died in their 40s and 50s. Please don't take us back to
the day (like 1950-1954) when every child feared they might
end up dying or being cripled for life by polio.

Both my children were vaccinated with mercury free vaccinations.

I work in a hospital, and I've seen what can happen when someone gets the flu, a tetanus infection, and pneumonia. I'll continue to vaccinate my children, and not worry about a link to some secret world order or the pharmaceutical industry.

The one thing I do think is wrong is the overuse of antibiotics. Most doctors would rather give a child a dose of Augmentin than listen to mommy's histrionics. This has caused a generation of children who's bodies can't naturally fight infection. Don't get me wrong, sometimes antibiotics are needed, but for a case of the sniffles? No.

As far as i know, vaccinations are not mandatory everywhere, alot of times they condition us to believe it is. My wife at first was saying, "How are we going to get around schools?" I went on the net and found this web site that gives legal forms for exemption, i filled it out, took them to school and that was it. ( Im in Canada, Ontario) and this web site has whole page dedicated to this legal help to parents who want to exempt their kids in US http://www.thinktwice.com/laws.htm
