That is just one isolated case. An aberation. I wish it was that simple. If the majority o Muslim clerics are of the peaceful stripe then apparently they arent doing a very good job spreading the message.

The passage in bold reminds me of part of a Jewish Text that was used at the end of Schindler's List.
Kudos to Judge Al-Hitar for his good work in fighting terror and working for peace.
Well it doesn't happen every day that a person who apparently does so much good work in the struggle against terrorism is described as an 'aberration'.
This whole case does seem to proof one thing, Islam is not by nature a terrorist religion.
If it was, how could Al-Hitar ever convince those terrorists of the rightness of his anti-terrorism viewpoint?
Bear in mind there are a number of mosques, attended by large numbers of people in Israel that are able to live peacably together, despite what the media might attempt to imply.
