    Ask Patterson about what happened to Dr. Karen Bullock who was one of the best professors SWBTS ever had.

    I could be mistaken on the chronology, but I'm pretty sure that Blaising denied Bullock's tenure a semester before Patterson even arrived in FW.

    Same difference, though, since the board faction that brought him in to clean house is the same group of people who shuffled Hemphill out so they could bring in PP.

    Could care less about the gender of the professor, personally. I am more interested in their qualifications. Personally, I wish Mohler were president at Southwestern.

    Just as a note Bullock and Stookey were denied tenure the same day that Hemphill resigned and the "presidential search" committee was approved.

    "The new president at Gordon-Conwell up my way is a Southern Baptist, Dr. James Emery White who taught at their Charlotte branch. I wonder if they'll see in increase in SB students?"

    Dr. White taught adjunctly for Dr. Patterson and SEBTS as well at the Charlotte extension of SEBTS. He taught apologetics- one of the greatest seminary classed I ever had. Used some of his notes on the resurrection Sunday!

    What about Mecklinburg Church where he pastored and founded? Will he continue there as well?

    Precisely, which is probably why BP news didn't publish it. It's not news, unless you count water being wet and dogs barking as breaking news. :D

    I guess it would be news to folks like Karen Bullock who was denied tenure because she is a woman, and Sherry Klouda who will not be back next year solely because she is a women. Bullock in history and Klouda in Hebrew.

    How many women professors are there in the school of education (Seminary not college) at SEBTS. Were there any before PP got there - how many when he left?
