    What are the pluses and minuses of a labor union? Perhaps some pluses is that they may work in an employees advantage over employers that abuse and take advantage of people. On the downside lazy and bad employees may stick around longer in a union type job. I guess like everything there is pluses and minuses. I personally have never worked for a union as like most I am at will. At will can be used properly and it can be abused. Opinions?
