Lawmakers Campaign Against Gitmo Detainees in Their Backyard

[SIZE=+1]This is the part the Obamanites didn't tell you about. They're so proud to be closing Gitmo but don't have a clue what they're going to do with the detainees being held there. They didn't think it out very far. It was just a way to say "we took care of that one" and then dump the problem onto someone else or let it die away in a year or two of delays.

No one - except for one stupid politician - really wants them in "their backyard". Do you?

Meanwhile, our military was doing a fine job of keeping them locked up and, if allowed to handle it, prosecuting and ultimately punishing those found guilty.

The "friendly" people being detained in Gitmo need to be put somewhere. Where do you want to put them, Mr. President? How about keeping in a compound in Washington, DC real close to you. Maybe they could be divided out between the White House, the Capitol, and the big Court House.
