Parvin Heydari, an Iranian mother of two, was flipping back and forth between the nightly news and Oprah when a bulletin on an Iranian state channel caught her attention. It urged Iranians to boycott what it called "Zionist products," including those made by Pepsi, Nestlé and Calvin Klein, and warned that profits from such products "are converted into bullets piercing the chests of Lebanese and Palestinian children." As evidence, the voice-over intoned, "Pepsi stands for 'pay each penny to save Israel.'" Heydari says she changed the channel, as she has no intention of crossing Nestlé's Nesquik off her shopping list. "Lebanon has nothing to do with us," she says. "We should mind our own business and concentrate on policies that are good for our economy, and our kids."

A number of university students in Iran also pretty strongly disagree with the Iranian leadership in their nation, yet they dont have the numbers to see change happen, so they wear denim, drink Coca Cola and play Playstation and hope to emigrate!

    Iran Leader's Hypocrisy

Never truer words were spoken. One US Dollar is now 9, 572.65 Iranian Rials. One Iranian Rial is 0.0001045 US Dollar, not even worth a penny, I believe, and these guys finance Hezbollah at a whopping 4 million dollars a year ?

Either that is not true, or somebody has money stashed somewhere, and look who's calling Westerners decadent !

I wonder how the average man on the street in Iran puts enough food on his family's table ?

If anybody knows a website where one can find out the bag of goods that can be purchased with that kind of currency, please let us know.
