I would say that the article is generally correct. Liberals tend not to be Christians or to be members of the discredited Christian left. Liberals are not happy unless they are unhappy. Look at the dolts at Oberlin College who expect a dormitory cafeteria to produce gourmet food and consider that they have a genuine grievance about how General Tso's chicken is cooked by the institutional kitchens, although it is likely that they are paying cheap prices for their room and board and they must be the only ones in the universe to expect schools and hospitals, for example, to have good food. You have to wonder why the liberal darlings just don't go out to five-star restaurants every night?

Generally so. Conservatives and liberals may not necessarily hold all of the views listed, or their reasoning may vary. Some of the issues listed, like global warming, are more a matter of facts than difference of philosophy, and it's more that one view or the other happens to typically be held by a a particular side. A conservative could arguably believe global warming is a legitimate problem. (Though they would be less likely to want the government involved.)
That, and not all right wingers are conservative.
