If you look close at your chart, that's when he ran for state senate.

If you look close, it covers 3.5 years of his U.S. Senate service.

This covers the employees of that company, how or why can the company be accountable for what the employees do. Your topic title is misleading in my opinion... You should have said it was from the employees.

I would guess that you could pull other company's data and show the employees gave more to McCain..

One thing I did noticed that I did like about the chart in the article.. Obama didn't get any money from the PACS... it was all individual employee.

I am a Ron Paul fan and even he got 4700 from the employees.

Obama's time in the senate is 3.5 years. I don't think I misled at all. He has mastered this art long before any of them. That doesn't look fishy to you ?

Hey, I am not arguing that he has taken to "taking the money" just as quick if not quicker then anyone else there, but that doesn't mean it's bad or wrong.

He didn't hold a gun to anyone's head for them to give their money to support him..

Plus it was the employees giving him the money and not the company. Your title suggests it is coming from the company in my opinion.

All politicians are corrupted.. I have said that before and I am sticking to it... :)

Something I just thought of too.. Of that 3.5 years he has been running for POTUS for 1.5 years+/- So wouldn't that make it look like he is a "quick on the draw" in taking money when in fact since he was running a national campaign he naturally gets more money in the shorter time frame?

I don't know... I am just throwing that out.. Again I like Ron Paul and believe him to be one of the most honest politicians as politicians goes.. and even he took some money...

There are a lot of presidential candidates on that list, and his donations tower over all of them.

True, but in my opinion, you implied that since he was only in the Senate for 3.5 years his donation should be less.. I say not if people like what he has to offer then the employees will contribute and that will put him at the top of the list huh?

Well with Lehman it's not so obvious. But with FM&FM,it looks like 2 gov't run banks are trying to get dems elected at about a 3-4 clip.

We're doing OK. Ron Paul has been fraudulently added to our Presidential ballot, under the CP, and it's got an awful lot of people upset. It may seem like a small deal, but with only about 700,000 votes for the whole state......
