This idea comes from Paul's explanation in Romans that death came because of sin.

It is often thought that Adam and Eve would have been translated to heaven instead of dying had they not sinned. The supposed span of time on earth may have been about a thousand years.

That would have REALLY populated the earth in a hurry, though.

But in Revelation 13:8 we read that Christ is the lamb slain from the foundation (creation) of the world, so God knew we would sin and therefore the population problem never was going to exist.

DEATH is not a characteristic of any of God's perfect creation.

DEATH is a result of sin. Until man sinned, there was no DEATH.

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
    (Rom 5:12)

Not just man, but all creation was affected by sin:

For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
    (Rom 8:22)

The righteous shall inherit the land, And dwell in it forever. Psalm 37:29

John 3:15 "that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

Psalm 104:5 Whom laid the foundations of the earth, [that] it should not be removed for ever.

The heaven, [even] the heavens, [are] the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men .Psalm 115:16

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvellous [are] thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well.
    Psalm 139:14

It appears these verses show that God intended man to live forever on earth. He was made perfectly for this purpose, but Eve ate the apple (sinned) and shared it with hubby so that hexed future generations. I have to take off for work now.

In the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve had access to the tree of life. When they sinned, God placed an angel at the entrance to deny them access to the tree of life.

We see the tree of life again in John's vision of heaven, by the throne.

This suggests that when we come into the presence of God, we all will have access to that tree of life.

Now this may all be symbolic, but symbols suggest a reality.

    OK

I know these verses. but the debate that I was having was if the bible hints toward animals as well. cause if it does then dinosaurs' could not have existed before man because that puts death before sin

Bull Manure, Dinosaurs are billions of years old and the world is billions of years old. Whatever you can't find it in Job, whatever man.

Actually if I am not mistaken aren't there two different Dinosaurs mentioned in scripture, my spelling will be off I know, Behemoth and Levithan. Both are found in Job right?

Yes, I suppose, but not many, that would mean that the Earth is just over 6,000 years old and that can't be right. Based on the movie Ice Age, its billions.

The world is not Millions its only thousands

I think people forget that the stuff that they say would take millions of years to do would only take years if the world was covered with water. like colorado river and the grand canyon.
    2Pe 3:3
¶ Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
    2Pe 3:4
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
    2Pe 3:5
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
    2Pe 3:6
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
    2Pe 3:7
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
    2Pe 3:8
¶ But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Its almost like God knew it was going to happen?
