    They go hand in hand. You demand what you want and then hold them accountable for doing it by not giving them what they want until the reciprocate. This has yet to happen.

    I somewhat disagree with that. I think they could produce a peace that last for quite a while. There is no such thing as permanent peace on this earth. That will only happen in Heaven. But, I do believe that Reciprocity and Accountability could lead the two sides to a lasting peace. To my knowledge, this has yet to be tried.

They have never exhibited any reciprocity because they have never been held accountable to anyone. I say hold them accountable.
