Luke 14:22

    What does Luke 14:22 have to do with baptism? I've heard several pastors quote this verse at the end of baptismal services.

    "And the slave said, 'Master, what you commanded has been done, and still there is room.' Luke 14:22


    Nothing. They're quoting it for the effect that those who are lost, need to be saved, that there is still room.
