Salada said he knew he was in trouble as he was introduced to BATF and FBI agents and handed a search warrant and a promise that his premises were going to be raided.

"I read the search warrant and low and behold there's no signed affidavit," said Salada.

Salada told the Sheriff that the search warrant was therefore void to which the FBI and BATF responded that the affidavit was secret and sealed by the court.
"Now they can make up the affidavit to match what they found if they want to," said Salada as he was told that the agents would carry out the search anyway.
Salada was then escorted by an estimated 40 FBI, ATF and Canadian law enforcement agents to his property. Salada asked if he could call his wife so as to enable her and their two small children to leave the property before the SWAT team arrived but was refused on the grounds that he was giving her a secret code to destroy evidence. However, the Sheriff allowed the call to be made and the family was able to leave. At no point was Salada shown any identification by any of the agents.

The cadre of agents, which now included Canadian AFT agents, then began the process of methodically cataloguing and seizing Salada's possessions - bizarrely urinating on the exterior of the property ignoring the two bathrooms located inside the building.

Canadian ATF raiding an American's home and business on U.S. soil? George Washington speeches are subversive material? What's next, Mexican military raiding American's homes and businesses? Is this really America? Is this what thousands and thousands of American soldiers fought and died for? This is insanity.

Sadly, Americans are more interested in who some celebrity is going to break up with than they are about what is happening to our country.

No Montana papers have this story. A google search of Richard Salada turns up nothing with guns.....

Any other source besides "Prison Planet" ?

I know several gun kit merchants who don't have this trouble. Why are they pickin' on Dick ?

That and Rush Limbaugh's personal life. I couldn't help but notice one thread here about Ann Coulter gets 1500 replies yet something like the North American Union or Canadian "authorities" raiding American citizens homes will hardly get any replies at all. Welcome to the "fifty first state" where up is down black is white and night is day.

Guess I better start burning my copies of the U.S. Constitution and George Washington speeches before they come to get me for being a "subversive".

I haven't found any mainstream articles either but I listened to the interview on Jack Blood yesterday. Alex Jones is talking to [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Aaron Zelman of JPFO right now. He called Salada during the raid. Larry Pratt of GOA is aware of this raid also. I imagine they will be writting up articles on this soon.

It's kind of late to listen to Alex's show live today but it's rebroadcast all night here. http://www.nfowars.net:443/stream1.pls

Richard Salada is being interviewed by Alex now also. So you can hear his side of the story along with Aaron Zelman all night.

Me too! Does Dillon have a local paper or tv channel that might carry the story?

This is what I got from the second link.

Not much of a write up. I'll keep digging and post what I find when I find it.

Apparently I spelled Richard's last name wrong, it's Celata. Sorry. Nothing about the Canadian ATF being involved in the mainstream story (s) they all look like a cut and paste of the same article. No surprise here.

I didn't see any Canadian officials mentioned in any link, yet.

Could it be someone from Canada broke a Canadian law by trying to order one of his products ?

Definately gonna follow this one. Thanx for the story.

Wonder what Fred has to say about this? I haven't bought the Shotgun News in a while, guess I'll have to get the next one.

I just noticed that, I was specifically looking for the "Canadian" word. Sorry you had to do the work for me.

    Hey, no problem.

Here's the list of "subversive materials" Celata "allegedly" gave to the Sheriff.

    1) The Miracle of America (Conditional study course) By Dr. Cleon Skousen
    2) The Five Thousand Year Leap (Conditional study course) By Dr. Cleon Skousen
    3) Documents of Freedom: The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, George Washington's Farewell Address
    3) The Citizens Rule Book: Bill of Rights, Jury Handbook, The Constitution.
    4) Terrorism & Security Awareness Orientation for State Employees of Virginia (note the quote "The price of Freedom is vigilance" by Thomas Jefferson)
    5) Nazi Death Camps By JPFO
    6) Innocents Betrayed By JPFO (must see)
    7) Police State III Total Enslavement By Alex Jones
    8) The Larry Parks Show- Extreme Consumer Advocacy By JPFO
    9) Constitutional Study Course By The Institute on the Constitution Dr. John Eidsmoe
