Mansfield Park

Well, I just finished reading Jane Austen's novel, Mansfield Park. Excited, I decided to watch the 1999 version movie. I must say I was very disappointed! It did NO justice to the book! I enjoyed the Pride and Prejudice A&E version after the book, and the Jane Eyre A&E version after that book!But, alas, this one was not worth watching! SIGH!!!!

Actually "not worth it" is my attitude toward ALL of Jane Austen's writings, movies, A&E, etc

But I'm a male. Thanks for the heads up. It makes sense . . and sensibility.
