McCain is an idiot.

The press is definitely his enemy and ours. They have proven it time after time in the last year.

they chose up sides in a presidential election and were made to look like fools. Now they are looking for redemption. Nothing they report about Trump can be trusted.

It's undeniable that all four of these leaders used the phrase. I would hope with history as a guide that an American President would never use this phrase. Sadly, I must conclude it was intentional.

As for McCain, well, this is McCain. Not calling on some CNN reporter is not a suppression of the press, neither is criticism of the press.

 

Not to the treason level yet, in my opinion, but definitely trying to undermine the agenda of the president and doing it publicly in a foreign venue. Definitely kow class and in poor taste and may also be against the law.

 

At least not officially, since Nixon and gave him a pardon from treason and collaboration with the enemy and his daddy was in charge of the reports which got buried. He and Jane Fonda sure made a good pair back in the day...
