That's because the ratio of Republicans to Democrats here is about 30 to 1. I suppose that makes sense since it's the Baptist Board and you're damned to Hell if you're a Democrat.

What in the heck do you mean by Obama worshipers? That's the problem with Republicans who are self-proclaimed Christians. They don't see any difference between religion and politics.

We have no business separating our faith from our politics. Such lives are hypocritical. We do not lead dual lives.

Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Thousands have flocked to Palin after knowing her less than 7 weeks. In fact most flocked to her in the first couple of days. They wear her same style of glasses, do they hair like hers etc... and they would explode with enthusiasm while she read that same convention speech for weeks.

But you on the other hand say people "worship" Obama. I haven't seen anyone try to imitate Obama and it took us a long time to warm up to him.

Not just Tina, she has the most sold costume this Halloween. We see the business ladies going to this new look all over our town. I have to admit, she made a huge impact and has a great following after just 64 days in the national eye.

What kills me is she gets 25 and 30K at her rallies while McCain has to invite an entire school district just to get 6K. She can't be a drag on the ticket, she's the only reason the race is close. No one really supported McCain before he picked Palin but how quickly we forget those days.

Some Obama supporters have called Obama the "Messiah". Opra called him the "One" (in tears) the "One". Young women fainted at his rallies on a regular basis...until McCain compared him to a pop star and they suddenly didn't feel faint anymore. Teenagers wear uniforms and sing songs and dance and pledge support to their "leader", Obama.

Yes, there is a lot of "Obama worship" going on, whether you acknowledge it or not.

    peace to you:praying:

Wow!!! Looks like you've been reading all the polls showing McCain making a move and pulling ahead!

I, for one, do not condemn you for being a Democrat.:1_grouphug:

    peace to you:praying:

That was one supporter who goes by the name of Farrakhan. He didn't say he was the Messiah, he said he was the forerunner of the Messiah.

You haven't been paying any attention to the McCain Palin crowd have you?

How can you see the mote in mote in thy brothers eye considering the beam that is in thine own eye?
