July 20, 2014 (Tony Cartalucci - LD) - The level of unsubstantiated propaganda being directed against Russia regarding the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 has reached unprecedented lows.

There is tangible desperation across Western media establishments, their political spheres, and within their corporate-financier funded policy think-tanks as they attempt to reassert their agenda and narrative not only upon the crisis in Ukraine, but upon the entire world as their weakening grip becomes apparent to all.

The dangerous desperation emanating from the West followes the latest in a series of growing failures - the previous and most comparable being the loss of its proxy war against Syria and the desperate criminal conspiracy they unleashed in a failed attempt to save it.

Syria and the 2013 Damascus Sarin Gas Attack

In mid-2013 Syrian government forces had already begun an irreversible push to restore security across the country. While the West attempted to maintain the facade that terrorists operating within Syrian territory were still a viable threat to Damascus, reports even from the Western media itself indicated otherwise. The Independent's April 2013 article, "They may be fighting for Syria, not Assad. They may also be winning: Robert Fisk reports from inside Syria," even went as far as quoting Syrian forces as saying:

“Why should we use chemical weapons when our Mig aircraft and their bombs cause infinitely more destruction?”

Unsubstantiated? Photos, online documentation - was watching it happen and disappear from offline. The media took hours, days to gather ad confirm what I had seen happen and say "there appears to be some evidence that needs analyzed..."
This does not speak to propaganda. The info was going up as happened and being taken down swiftly as reality dawned.
The photos of the buk system were up a while back. I saw the photo then - it caught my attention. But nobody was paying attention to anything being said or the pics being posted.
That picture is part of evidence now and as I saw it in context when first posted, among other things, it all speaks to the Ukraine speaking the truth. In four languages I followed until my computer recently crashed. Multiple leaders, officials, reporters and personal accounts.
Do not watch it to figure out if you side with the United States or not. Watch and listen to see if the people of Ukraine have a just cry or not.
    PS: They do

How can we know anything is real anymore Gina?

I have photoshop and can easily make a picture of the neighbor's cat driving my pickup truck. Twitter? Right. Anybody can post anything. Youtube? Same deal.

Here's the only thing I know for sure these days. Washington has been caught in more lies than can be counted. The corporate media, and I'm using Paul Craig Roberts word here is full of "presstitutes" that will print whatever Washington and it's multitude of "anonymous" sources say without question.

Everyone jumped to the conclusion that "Russia invaded Ukraine" on the word of a government that can't tell the truth about anything and a blog (Atlantic Council) that is filled with banksters and corporitos that all stand to gain from the chaos in Ukraine.

Certain people here are so sure the evil "separatists" and the Russians are behind this they're already making "matter of fact" statements they can't back up with solid evidence.

People don't think anymore. They react.

The first question nobody ever asks is Cui Bono? Who benefits? What if it turns out the plane malfunctioned? Has anyone even considered that?

Who would stand to gain from this tragedy? The Russians? How? The "separatists"? How? The Ukrainians? How? Washington? How?

No one questions anymore. It's all read, react and blame.

And this after we've already caught Washington and the corporate media lying and twisting and omitting important facts about so many things.

I'm sorry I'm not going to jump to conclusions based on pictures and videos that anyone can conjure up on a computer and especially not because my lying government and media are working overtime to make me paranoid and hateful of others so a few elite can increase their wealth and power through the racket of war.

I can't see anyone benefitting from this. That's just it. Nobody, that I am aware of right now, says this was meant for a passenger plane.
What is your answer to who benefits?
Russia is likely the most powerful nation right now. (China is moving right up there too huh?)
Nobody benefits by ticking off the most highly armed nation with some pretty aggressive leadership.
At least not in my opinion. You know I am open to hearing what you think, and you definitely have me curious on this.

The eyes of the world are on Putin right now. The western "media" is making sure of that. Doing what it does best, ramping up the fear, distrust, hatred and paranoia. What would Putin or the Russians gain from shooting down a civilian airliner while everyone is watching them?

    A hot war with NATO?

Who would benefit from that? Oh I dunno, Raytheon, Boeing, the Pentagon, Halliburton, the global bankers that would end up financing another war on behalf of the American taxpayer for "humanitarian" purposes and a hundred other military contractors that have grown accustomed to the fat profits of the neocon's bloody conflicts.

How would the so called "separatists" benefit? By having NATO step in and start bombing the living the daylights of out them??? Yeah that has to be their game plan. Get the world to feel sorry for them by getting themselves obliterated.

Who are the ones always, always screaming for more intervention here more intervention there remove this guy from power regime change that guy bomb bomb bomb Iran?

Increase defense spending! Increase defense spending! Increase defense spending!

I don't know who's behind this? I don't even know if it was deliberate. I don't know who to believe or not to believe. But I do now one thing Washington and the neocons and all their military contractor buddies that put campaign money in their pockets have been profiting from the blood and suffering of millions for decades.

Why would they want such a "good thing" to end or even taper off? Not having wars and suffering would kill their bottom lines! Strife and chaos is what makes their world go around. There's no intensive for peaceful resolutions to problems when there's so much money to made from war.

And Christians, my brothers and sisters in Christ the peace loving truth seekers that we all are would have our military dropping bombs and marching on Moscow with no thought of what it would do this country and the rest of the world without question. WHY? How did we get here? What have we become?

    Think about it. Cui Bono?

    And while you're thinking watch this . . .

    And read this . . .

The two leaders were worried by the lack of hard evidence that Saddam Hussein had broken UN resolutions, though privately they were convinced that he had. According to the memorandum, Mr Bush said: "The US was thinking of flying U2 reconnaissance aircraft with fighter cover over Iraq, painted in UN colours. If Saddam fired on them, he would be in breach."

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/bush-plotted-to-lure-saddam-into-war-with-fake-un-plane-465436.html

    And this . . .

In the early 1960s, America's top military leaders reportedly drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba.

Code named Operation Northwoods, the plans reportedly included the possible assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities.

The plans were developed as ways to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war to oust Cuba's then new leader, communist Fidel Castro.

America's top military brass even contemplated causing U.S. military casualties, writing: "We could blow up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba," and, "casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation."

    Reportedly???

    Here's the declassified document. http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/news/20010430/northwoods.pdf

read it for yourself. See page 10.

Is this a false flag provocation? I don't know. I haven't got any evidence of it but I do have evidence that Washington has a long history of "planning" them to start the wars and interventions it wanted to get us involved in.

And from the wailing and nashing of teeth coming from the neocons and the western media Washington (and it's corporate sponsors) cannot wait to get us involved in a bloody clash with Russia.

Here is more on the downing of MH17:
    http://www.activistpost.com/2014/07/mh17-show-and-tell-its-wests-turn.html#!bjoCK0

"Russia's Defense Ministry on Monday presented its first detailed account of the final moments of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, saying Russian radar had spotted a second aircraft in the vicinity shortly before the crash and that satellite imagery showed Ukraine had moved missile systems into the area before the incident.

"At a news conference, air force chief Igor Makushev didn't say who the ministry thought had fired the missile that apparently brought down the airliner on Thursday."

    No accusations. Just facts.
    Unlike Foxnews and CNN.
