Michael Card Releases New Project on the Apostle Peter

    MICHAEL CARD RELEASING C-D AND BOOK ON APOSTLE PETER
    (Woodbridge, Virginia-AP) -- If you want to know Jesus
    better, Christian singer Michael Card says it helps to study the
    apostle Peter.
    Card's soon-to-be-released c-d on Peter is titled "A
    Fragile Stone."
    When Jesus said, "You are Peter, and upon this rock I will
    build my church," Card believes Jesus meant the sort of stone
    that's used for building.
    He adds that while the Bible mercilessly portrays Peter's
    failings, it also presents him as the only one to walk on water
    or raise a sword in Jesus' defense and the first one to reach out
    to the Gentiles.
