Pretty funny... Notice how the name and signature are exact matches?

Who sign's their name twice with that much exactness and why didn't the hotel put the name on the receipt so she can just sign. A hand printed room number on a Waldorf receipt? That doesn't look like a receipt from a ritzy hotel and the last time I ate from room service they didn't have me sign, they just put it on the room's bill.

I cry fake... And bad fake at that.

    I want what she has!

How about it Michelle? Sounds fair to me!

(just kidding and making a foolish comment.)

I'd rather have the McCain's net worth. According to their own Personal Financial Disclosure forms filed with the US Senate, McCain's net worth is 45 times greater than Obama -- $36 million to 799,000.

Since were on the subject, look at these expenses. How about $4K in hair and makeup?

Isn't this the same Governor who sold the state jet at a loss? And she vows to balance the budget in 4 years.

It is the state's responsibility to pay for the transportation of the governor's family when she travels on business. Note that the total is under $240 per one-way ticket for her children. Instead of keeping a jet that cost significantly more than that to keep (and she sold the jet for more than that $21,000 that was spent over almost 2 years).

    PUHLEEESSSEEE!!!

Only if the family is part of that business which is what the article is about. The state paid for the family to go see Todd in the snowmobile race.

    Look at this one if you think they were all reasonable;

This is average joe working mom and the great government reformer? $707 per night?

PUHLEEESSSEEE!!! My mortgage ain't that much.

And I see nothing wrong with selling the jet, but she sold it at a loss. Now that isn't good business sense.

$707 a night for a governor is a good price. That's a VERY good price when there are hotel rooms in NY that go for tens of thousands a night. A cheap night in NY? $300+ a night.

Another attempt to hijack a thread by the famous LB.

Puleeese. McCain isn't the one campaigning to spread the wealth around. That's the point. Obviously, Obama believes in spreading everyone else's wealth around, not his. I do hope Michelle left a decent tip.

You must not be able to help yourself, you have to take every thread off topic.

Do you know all of the circumstances that surrounded selling the jet, or do you not care and just assume that she has no sense?

Did you read what I was responding to? probably not so I'll repeat it here:

My answer was I'd rather have McCain's wealth. Explain why that doesn't respond to the previous post. I guess there's an argument that the person who posted that previous post was off-topic. Fair enough. Why then didn't you say this to him?

Actually, it does. Hey, I shop sales, buy some of our clothes at a thrift shop and have very little money saved (other than what my ILs have given to us which is in stocks and we can't touch yet until they're gone), yet we have a 42' sailboat and a house worth almost a million. I'm sure people look at us and think "Wow - look at how THEY spend their money." Yet all of our "wealth" was purchased and paid in full when my husband was not a pastor (he was a software engineer making good money). We're now making ends meet on half of the median income for our area.

So why can't she spend $700 a night on a hotel and still shop at Walmart??

If a snack at the Waldorf costs over 400 bucks, how much did the room cost?

Did that come out of Obama's campaign funds?

Where are investigative journalists when you need them? Of course, we all know the answer to that one....in Obama's pocket.
