I have one and it stopped working. I tried other keyboards and they didn't work, either. I thought the installation CD was lost because the name on the disk (IntelliType Pro) did not match the keyboard name and we have an intellitype pro keyboard, as well. So, I reinstalled the driver from the MS website and plugged in the wireless KB, but everything I typed was out of order. The A key and W key were switched, as well as all the other keys on the keyboard. After much switching, installing, reinstalling keyboards and their drivers, I finally came to the conclusion that the software on MS can be defective. In fact, much as I love this keyboard, I couldn't find a replacement...must be off the market. Once I realized I had the disk all along and installed it (you HAVE to install it through the Device Manager...not add/remove hardware) the disk worked perfectly and everything is back in place. Just a little info in case you're having problems with this particular keyboard.
