Ituttut: I use the KJV 1611 version translated from the Textus Receptus, as that is what I was brought up on. For in depth study use Literal Bible with Strong numbers, Darby, and Weymouth’s; ISV, Thompson New Testament, and Williams New Testament. Fine...Your choice. Usually when all the study is done, I find the KJV is just fine as any mistranslation, in my view, is allowed by the Holy Spirit to confuse the confused. Scripture, please? God is NOT the author of confusion! That IS Scripture! I’ll not discuss Easter here on this thread, but it was inserted and allowed to stand by the Holy Spirit for a purpose. Christian faith, ituttut That's why I started this new thread, Sir. I'd like to see what you believe His purpose was, and upon what you base such a belief...in the face of an older Bible, the Geneva, saying "Passover", as do the newer versions.
