    When I read your list of grievances, they are not matters of incompetence, but matters of political disagreement ... of idealogy. Yes in some cases, things could have been done better. Every administration, in fact, every life has those things. If we were to put your life on trial, it is very likely that you would be found incompetent. The bulk of your issues are exactly what I said ... ideological disagreements. They are not demonstrations of incompetence.
