And yet again, your blind hatred for the man makes you so desperate to discredit him, you believe anything, and not even consider going to the source.

First, if I bought everything Rush said, I wouldn't be supporting the only truly anti-war candidate.

Second, Rush is referring to a sound bite from Al Sharpton.

I don't expect that to make much difference to you , MP, but those who are interested in the real truth will find that out anyways.

    Repent from your hatred.

I didn't criticize Mr. Limbaugh's remarks. I simply pointed out that he has lost 30% of his audience from what it used to be.

I retract that part, Bro. I'll edit it out...........there we go.

Also, people do that on both sides, to focus on Rush is kind of silly.

Rather you should repent of your lying and self-righteous smugness. Rush indeed said he is "dreaming of" riots in Denver. More from the Denver Post HERE.

    Excerpt below:

Denver City Councilman Charles Brown, a Republican and Limbaugh listener, was outraged. Brown was a teacher in Illinois during the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in 1968. He recalled the injuries, chaos, lingering tear gas and disgrace for Chicago as a result.
"What an insult," Brown said of Limbaugh's flippancy. "Regardless of political labels, for any radio announcer to wish a riot on a city so his party could win, that's disgraceful and it's absurd."
He said he has found Limbaugh to be a "great entertainer, but he's really gone too far. It's almost juvenile."
Brown said he did not think Limbaugh was speaking for Republicans when he made the comment.
"I don't believe there is a Republican in this state that would agree with his comment," he said.

Instead of a link to some blurb that says what Limbaugh said - well sort of - how about a link to the actual transcript?

I got nothing from your source.

Well, don't get a cramp patting yerself on the back. Like I said, it's Al Sharpton telling everyone this will happen. The truth matters little to you, though.

Limbaugh keeps the transcripts to his shows up for a week, on his home page, if anyone wishes to know what happened. I believe the incident that's got M.P. drooling happened on Wednesday, and was also discussed on Thursday.

And since yer calling me out on this thread, how about you anser my question I asked many threads ago that you ignored ? You know, when I asked if there are verses in the Bible that say any of it isn't true....you know.....where does scripture tell you to use your own smarts, and ignore what it says ?

if you are seriously saying that you should not use the intelligence and reasoning abiities God gave you, that is just sad. The Bible says disease is caused by sin and demons, but I am glad that didn't stop us from developing modern medicine using our 'smarts'.

That's a silly comparison. Along with treasuring, loving, believing, and applying every word of scripture to our daily lives, we are also commanded to care for the sick. And, along with God's desire for us to have dominion over the planet, along with the fear and dread of us upon every animal, I am secure that it is completely in the will of God to experiment on animals, and apply that to curing disease. If you can find any scripture to disprove any of that, I'm all ears.

It also says if you hate your brother, you hate Jesus, doesn't it ?

And I think it's you doing the squealing.

Actually, Genesis does say man brought death into the world, so on that part, I think I agree with M.P.

Although that may be the only thing in Genesis he believes.

Well BC I was hoping that MP would post it. I knew where it was. I was going to bring out Jesus' reply to that question when He was about to heal one with an illness. I was calling MP out and I got you, but that's fine.

Well, the last thing I wanted to do was to step on your toes.

I'll bow out, and let M.P. answer the many challenges that await.

Like I said, Palatka51, I intend to sit this one out, and have no input until M.P. comes in and clears it all up for us.

What is not clear to you two? Palatka has admitted he knew the answer, and since he can read his Bible as well as I can read it to him, I'll pass on his disingenous baiting. So BC, what do you lack clarity on?

I call Al Gore a liar, which he is. You call Limbaugh a pig, which he couldn't be. Grow up.
