I'm not certain, but this might be the first time in America that both Democrats and Republicans have put forth a non Christian candidate for President. Thus, I cannot vote for either lest I go against God's Word to not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers (2Cr6:14) and to have nothing to do with the unrighteous works of darkness seeing how I am light in Christ (Eph5:11).

But there is a plus here with Romney being the Republican candidate. THis could be God's way of exposing the false prophets of the Mormon church on a national platform. Watch and see how the left wingers pound the Mormon religion this summer and fall. Hopefully this will give Christians an understanding that Mormons are not Christian, but rather are caught up in a web of false prophets and their lies. Any religion that denies Jesus is God is not Christian and has not the Holy Spirit whom teaches us that Jesus is God.

Praise God for His mercy and grace! Exposing the false prophets could lead thousands out of the bondage of the Mormon church and could educate true Christians, many who have bought into the lie that Mormonism is Christian.

Not sure where you get the non-christian part of this post. According to most list of Christian denominations in this nation the Mormans and Jehovah's witnesses are listed as Christian denominations. The world sees it that way. We are in the world but not of the world.

You say you will vote for neither which is your perogative. Question though, if God has given you the right to have the freedoms this nation affords and you refuse to use that freedom to vote are you violating God's will in not voting?

Not sure what you are saying about the JW's and Mormons, are you saying they are Christian??

I believe a person should vote. I will be writing in someone.

Do you see them as being Christian churches?

According to the published list of Christian denominations in our nation the JW's and Mornman's are listed there. Does that make them so of course not but the world view sees them that way.

Here's the thing God has already chosen who He will place in power. He knows who it will be and He isn't surprised by any of it. We just need to be in tune with Him. Israel's Kings came to power whether they did evil or right in God's sight and Israel received blessing or cursing due to that. We as a Nation have been under God's cursing for many years now and we continue to get leaders that show just how worldly our nation has become.

It also shows us how much we need to pray for the salvation of our leaders and the people of this nation. Prayer is not all we need to be actively witnessing for Christ. We need to have churches that teach the truth and aren't tickling the congregants ears, problem is most believers don't want the truth anymore they just want to feel good that they went to church and that they gave money and time so now they can do as they pleased.

Until we as believers get our hearts and lives right and demand the truth be preached and demand pastors to be teaching the truth not giving 3 points and poem we will continue to get the leaders we are because God will continue to allow us leaders of our choosing, because of our spiritual choices. Belivers voted for President Obama and will again, many defend him as being a christian because he attended Rev. Wrights church. That is the sad state of affairs this nation is in and we need to pray for God to intervene and we need to act on the truth of scripture, until then good voting, because there is not one candidate who will stand on the truth of God's word that any of us could write in that is approved to be a write in candidate.

In most states even to be a write in candidate they must have followed the procedure as regular candidate to be a write in. Properly filed and just a little late to have their names on the ballot. If they didn't have the proper filing and petitions with signatures in a lot of cases they can't be written in and have that vote count. Check the election laws in your state for the rules.

Point one is that there is no stretch of the imagination that would allow Mormons and JWs as Christians. How can someone be a Christian that says Jesus Christ is not God, and that the Father is a perpetual creation of Himself? Mormons are not only not Christian, they are a cult, and a threat to the Christian faith.

You ask about not voting. There is more than a choice of A or B. There are Christian third parties. By the way, although I am not going to vote for him, you do not know for a fact Obama is not a Christian, you might suspect it. We all know for a fact Romney is not a Christian. As mentioned above, he is a cult member.

    Does this post mean that...

...they were observed "without" their funny, jungle underwear on? Sorry, but, I couldn't resist that when you said they were "exposed!"

If Mitt could find the golden leaves, at $1700 an ounce on the open market, just think how much that would help finance his campaign.

While we can't see the Presidents heart we can go by his own words. So tell me if this is what a christian would say to someone if he were a believer. "While my Mom was an athiest I believe she was a good person and is in heaven today" Barak Obama in an interview while running for President or shortly after he was elected. Does that sound like a person who is a christian?

Nope, it does not. I suspect he is not a Christian, just like I said above. I know Romney is not one. Irregardless, I would not vote for either under any circumstances.

Yes, the biblical difference between a Christian and a non-Christian is that one is "in Christ" (and actually knows Him, not just knows about Him), and the other is not. A person doesn't become a Christian just by attending church services, no matter what denomination.

I think Joe said Moroni took the plates back to heaven. He couldn't leave them here for anyone else to examine or he would be found a liar.

So Obama isn't a Christian? Funny, how one of the criticisms of him was the years he spent in Rev. Wright's church. Oh yeah...I forgot...he's a Muslim.

Has anyone heard any recordings of Wright preaching the Gospel?

Or is it all just hatefilled racial politics?

Suppose Romney wins----and you being a US Citizen----would you consider yourself "unequally yoked" with he as Prez and you as citizen??

Wouldn't it be the same thing as you not voting for Romney because he's a Morman---but yet if he wins and he's in the Oval Office for 4 yrs---you would be unequally yoked more then than you are now if you DO vote for him---wouldn't that be right??
