Tonight, Lawrence O'Donnell had as a guest - Anthea Butler, - Associate Professor of Religious Studies and Graduate Chair of Religion at the University of Pennsylvania.

The subject was extremest pastors thoughts on homosexuals, ie - put them all in a fence ect.

Butler mentioned that Jesus never said that lifestyle was wrong. The discussed how Jesus would forgive sin.

    Thoughts?

My thought is that since Jesus is God, He indeed did say that the lifestyle was wrong. Not only is it wrong, it is sin. It is one quite clear in Scripture. At the same time, all sin is able to be forgiven. Posts that leave out this fact ignore compassion, restoration, and hope show a total lack of understanding of the Gospel. The truth goes much further than "a false teacher promoting the lies of Satan."

Considering msnbc's long track record of being on the radical left, it doesn't surprise me one bit that they'd have somebody as this on their show to spew out his display of biblical ignorance!
