    Joshua,

Good to have you back. I can't imagine the roller coaster ride of emotions you and your dear wife have gone through in the last couple of weeks. The depths of despair and the heights of God's grace as He has been there for you. Please know you both continue to be in my prayers, and if I can do anything to bless you please let me know.

    Bro Tony

Joshua, I just found this thread and am heartsick for you.

There isn't much I can add to what has already been said except that you have my prayers.

I can share your pain because I, too, have been through this. God's love will heal you.

Bro Joshua, like Sue I just found this thread and join everyone in prayer for you and Kristi.

We all "..hurt and mourn and grieveā€¦" with you brother & sister, "and praise Him, and love Him, and ascribe greatness, power, majesty and honor to Him..." for bringing you through the storm with your eyes fixed on Him.

Thanks everyone. My last post on this I promise, but I wanted to thank everyone again. We had our first Sunday back at church this past week, and it was a joyful, tearful, difficult time. However, God was good, and my worship was honest with Him. We sang a new song and will be teaching it for the next few weeks. The chorus/refrain says this:

Whatever You ask of me, I know my answer will be "Yes, Lord,
Yes, Lord, whatever You desire, I won't say no."
Whatever You ask of me, I know my answer will be "Yes, Lord,
Yes, Lord, wherever You call me, I'll gladly go."

    Love you guys.

It's been awhile, but we're doing ok.

We've been angry, sorrowful and joyful. Then it seems to repeat in some ways. Just about the time you think you're past it, something will draw it back to your conscious thought like a ton of bricks. Thanks for all your prayers. Kristi's back at work, and we'll be heading back to Texas in early November to set the marker stone at Michal Lynn's grave.

    God bless.

Time is remarkable. No one ever think of time as a healer but it truly is. I have thought of you a lot, mentioned you in our church services and of course told my wife and daughter. We will continue to pray but thank God for Father Time. Everyone believes different about death but I believe your baby in in the arms of Jesus. God Bless,

    Joshua -

That little light will never leave your hearts. Time will heal the hurt but you will never forget her and never stop missing her. I pray that God will continue to comfort you through your pain.

    Joshua and Kristi,

I couldn't answer for awhile. Megan would have been 36 this year. I lost her shortly after I felt her move -- she was four months along is all.

You never forget. You always wonder, "What should she have been like?" That's part of it. After awhile it fades a bit, but it never goes away.

I conceived Scott almost three years later. He was late entering the world. Nine pounds, five ounces and wonderfully healthy. He will be 33 in a few weeks. And he has been an incredible blessing to me his entire life.

And they are both deep in my heart. Michal will always be deep in your heart, too. And then, later, we will see our beautiful daughters in heaven. Won't that be fun?

God give you peace now, and that deep joy only He can give. Hold your lovely wife tight and know that God is holding both of you the same way.

    In Christ,
    Helen

I can only pray for you and Kristi.

Words will always fail at times like this. But, I pray that the grace and peace of Our Lord will keep you . . . and that in the years to come, His special touch will still be with you.

Oh, Bro. Joshua, my heart is broken over the loss of little Michal. :( May the Lord provide great peace and comfort for you and Kristi during this most devastating time in your lives. You are in our prayers, and, when you experience the very worst of moments, remember and know that you are loved by so many.
