    that would ahve to be
    bbq ribs, mac and cheese(real cheese not powder junk, theat stuff has got to be sinful), cole slaw.
    Or
    a nice grilled steak with mashed potaotes and green beans. I prefer it with no fat.

    Since I do my own smoking I like babyback ribs but if I have time nothing is better than pulled pork (kosher of course) with baked beans, stuffed jalepenos, green salad and coconut pie.

    Lasagna is on my "last dinner" list, followed by a hot fudge ice cream cake.

    What is up with all these threads on food? Are we a bunch of Baptists or something?

    The perfect dinner is any one I can spend with my wife.
    But it helps if there is good steak (not an OutBack special Rev, how can you say that?).
    After living here I think my taste for good beef will never be the same as it once was.
    And the asado is the king of BBQs. Nothing can match it IMO.
