I would have to disagree with you this time.

I think His incarnation assured His death. If he could not have died, how could he have claimed to be fully human, and identified fully with us?

That is interesting, and does not strike me as impossible. Then a question back to you would be, do we die because we sinned, or because of the fallen state of Creation on earth.

I would say the latter because all of Creation dies, not just humans.

Romans 8:18-23 means to me more than I could ever say here because of the promise it contains about the Creation, and us.

jesus was the lamb slain from the foundation of the World, so His death upon the Cross as the sin bearer was "locked in stone!"

Sickness/illness disease though came into His creation due to the fall of Adam, but since Jesus was God incarnate, and was NOT under the curse, why would he even get ill?

Because Jesus Christ was also fully human!

I once heard Billy Graham say that jesus Christ would be the greatest athlete who ever lived. That is nonsense in my opinion!

But One NOT born under the judgement of the Curse from god towards those after adam, so since he was not under that, and fully God, why get ill/sick?

didn't he say that even his death was something that he had to allow/permit to happen?

Sort of a moot point. All of mankind will die but only one man was born for the purpose of dying, rather being killed, sacrificed for our sins! That man was the God-man, Jesus Christ.

John 12:27. Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.
