I like buffets. I also like to go to Bonanza or any other restaurant with a large salad bar featuring hot and cold food.

Oh, I've been to those buffets. All you can eat for one low price. 1 plate, 2 plates, 3 plates, where does it end? And then when you don't think you can eat anything else, it's dessert time. Fresh, warm peanut butter cookies [IMG] and vanilla ice cream, strawberry shortcake, chocolate pudding and sprinkles. Afterwards, all you want to do is go home and die.

When I am going to eat where they have a buffet I make sure to wear my stretch pants. I seem to be able to eat more and I want to get my money's worth. [IMG]

ohhhh! Food! Ya'll just made me think of our get together at church Saturday! We had a cookout and ate and ate! And then the sunday school with the most visiters got to "brand" one of our youth workers! He had to bend over and let them stamp his britches! LOL

Elastic waists are the only way to go when you premeditate gluttony. I do it every Sunday after church. [IMG] I feel like I just want to lay down in the aisle and let hubby roll me to the car.

I taught my four children to drive and somehow managed to survive. Now they want me to teach my grandchildren!

Every morning I get behind some idiot who doesn't realize everyone behind them has to go to work. They drive 35 in a 50 in the left lane. That would be okay, except for the dump trucks and log trucks driving 35 in the right lane. They are oblivious to anyone. And when the right lane opens and you go to pass them, they turn their blinker on and abruptly pull over in front of you. I have my morning trek down to the minute. Don't get in my way.

People that drive slow in the right lane bug me too. I am not a slow driver but unless I am going to pass or getting ready to turn I stay out of the passing lane. I think some people get there license from a cracker jack box or something.

They are trying to pass a law in Illinois that will make it against the law for slow-moving traffic to drive in the passing lane. It is causing drivers to pass them in the right lane and causing accidents. I wonder if I'll ever get a ticket...

I remember when I got my first ticket. It was when I first got my license. I was pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign.

I've had several speeding tickets over the years. You always here people saying that the officer let them off with a warning. I'm still waiting for one to let me off with a warning. No such luck.

Well ya'll won't have to worry about me speeding. I don't like anything over 40 mph...that's in the 55mph zone! LOL, it's so funny because I'm in the drivers ed car, and as soon as we get to a passing lane, everyone goes around me!
Today I tried parallel parking...and missed...several times. SIGH I'll never get my liscense!

Goodness, Abby! Why so slow? I hate "Sunday drivers", as they're called in my family. I'm definitely a passer. If someone in front of me is doing less than 70, it'll take me all of 2 seconds to pass them.

Abby is just learning to drive, hence the 40 mph. This is a good thing. [IMG] I taught all of my children to drive since there were no 'driver's ed' classes at that time. Talk about a trip!

Audrey, I drive slow cause I'm scared to death. I personaly think 40 is too fast...but if I drive to slow people start blowing their horns. I'm putting a sigh on out car that says "Just learning to drive. Have patience.
