Wow... how sad. I didn't get "homophobic" feelings from reading that at all.

If anyone is "homophobic" these days, it's probably because they're scared that the lawyers for the homosexual agenda are after them!

The 9th Circuit strikes again. Is it true or just urban legend that the 9th Circuit is the most overturned circuit in the Judicial system?

I think it's the most short-circuited circuit today.

The consistant overturning of their rulings suggests that the judges are incompetant and need to be fired.

It is intresting that they will not allow Christians to speak openly about our beliefs but WE are the ones with some kind of a phobia.

What are some of the real phobias?

    Christaphobia

    Biblaphobia

    Theophobia

    Those might describe those judges.

Without seeing the flyer, we have no way of knowing if it was over the top. Offices definitely can and do set policy regarding harrassment. You are free to hate gays, but cannot espouse that position at work. You are free to hate blacks, but cannot espouse that position at work. You are free to hate people with green eyes, but you cannot espouse that position at work. Employers have an obligation to protect all of their employees from hostile work environments.

It's got all the right buzz words to freak someone out that didn't fit the Assoc. Of course it didn't fly.

And we are free to hold to godly biblical positions regarding the family without being harrassed by ungodly judges and activists who want to push the ungodly and disgusting homosexual agenda on everyone including churches.

Would somebody show me where the Constitution grants employers any rights, much less (a local government) a right that trumps individual freedom of speach (in the Bill of Rights)?:BangHead:

A Ninth Ciruit judge squints his/her eyes until his/her vision is blurred, then they make the ruling.

Yeah, and as a resident under the jurisdiction of the Ninth, I agree. Too bad they're all appointed for life.

What's the matter with the them? There's 28 judges two-thirds of which were appointed by Democrat presidents. Higher courts usually just vacate their "decisions", meaning they're so kooky they won't comment.
