Need menu ideas for beef

    We bought 1/2 a beef, hormone-free and mostly grass fed, I think. Anyway, I don't like the flavor that well. It tastes like a cross between lean beef and venison, not like the greasy, fatty stuff we've been eating for years. :saint: I need some ideas how to fix it so I don't notice the "wild" taste. Any ideas? I'd like to go easy on the salt, too.
