New feature - Image Signatures

Jon, the webmaster has been indisposed for the past week or so, but is back now. He had a lot of catching up to do. We ask for a bit more patience.

Between work and Forrest, my computer time has been cut some. I am, however, able to lurk fairly often, I'm just not posting much. The board has grown so much that it takes a great deal of time just to get through my forums. Maybe when a few more folks catch up to my post count I'll become more active again.

The joys of babies. I think they are hysterical. Taylor keeps me occupied and entertained for hours. For Taylor...I was created to laugh at all of her silliness.

Aha...I knew my husband sent his picture in, but it didn't magically appear like mine did. I thought that maybe it had gotten lost in the e-mail. Glad to know that that isn't the reason. It's easier to have patience when we know what's going on. Thanks for letting us know.

And Clint...nice to see you. Please tell Margie hello from me. Haven't seen either of you in awhile.

I was thinking that I emailed my picture to Clint, but now I'm not sure. Maybe it was webmaster. Anyhow, I haven't heard anything. Was it ok, or do I need to re-do it?

I'm confused. Everytime the program asks if I want to email it, It acts like it's doing something. Then I read it and it says to double click the icon. But I don't see one!!
I feel really stupid, I guess my "A" and "B" just aren't connecting on this.
I guess you guys will just have to imagine me.

christine...I am not understanding what you are even talking about. I know the moderators are busy sometimes, but if you kind of explain what you are trying to do, sometimes us regular people can help.

Could you please say again what you are wanting to do.

Webmaster must still be busy I see no new pictures.

I spent about two weeks now trying to email this picture, but I guess it's not working. It's probably a lack of concentration. I have no idea how people can possibly work at home, with children there. The only time I have to myself is when my son is asleep (to clean, do dishes, shower), otherwise he's screaming and crying, if he doesn't get my full attention. I really have to apologize to my sitter, I know now that I never paid her enough for this! I am definitely looking forward to going back to work, then maybe I'll be able to have a moment of peace.
Anyway, I'm really over it, the picture is just not that important anymore.

I do not recall receiving an email from you but I get such an abundance of spam that it is possible I deleted it. I try to be careful about that but a mistake could have been made. If so, I am quite sorry.

The webmaster has been quite busy for the past few months and it is possible that he has not gotten around to uploading your image yet.

Please try emailing the image again and I'll see to it that it is posted.

Clint, I do think I sent it to the webmaster, because his email is familiar to me. I have tried to email again but can't get it to attach to the email. I did download irfanview, but when I tell it to send, it says I need plug-ins. So I went to that, got to step two did the mirror thing, but it doesn't do anything . When I go back to irfanview it still says I don't have plug-ins.
Really, I am frustrated with it, not with any of you.
This is why I just said "forget it". I t really wasn't worth the frustration it caused.

Sherrie, nobody can change a member's profile, except the member him/herself. Jonmagee is mistaken if he maintains that somebody put the information back, after he removed the same. There is no way anybody can do that, not even the Webmaster. It may have been that when Jon intended to change his information in his profile and he clicked on something, the information simply did not register. Hence when he checked his profile again, the information remained the same.

Another thing, the profile has this safety built in there, namely that if you do not fill out certain lines the profile will not accept your change and will ask you to fill in the blanks. This may have happened with Jon and he inadvertently could not change his profile.

There may be a way around this dilemma, but it needs an Administrator to do that. Trust that you will find the above helpful.

You have to understand that I am not one to jump in front of the camera! They say that pictures don't lie, and they are very unflattering as far as I'm concerned. Although I am SLOWLY shrinking, I don't have any pictures that show this (unless I post my prom picture from '86 ).
