Oh come now MP don't you think you're being a little hard on them? I mean after all it did take four or five decades to condition them to replace their American ideals with the globalist's ideals. Now that they're finally thinking globally you can't really expect them to think like Americans anymore.

    I can relate:
I remember studying Americanism vs Communism as a required course to graduate from high school(6 weeks of a 'civics'class).

Then I went to college and in my American History, Sociology, Psychology, and smiggins of inserted idealogy into my zoology and botany course and comparative religion, and English courses..... and still did not recognize the socialism and globalism under-currents which permeated my experience in higher education and colored the way I looked at current events.

The truth is precious and that is what I seek after: In saying that, I still wrestle with the attitudes which set me up for open acceptance of the socialistic/globalistic directions and made thinking for myself a deliberate and difficult exercise...... which requires a willingness to challenge everything (or just about everything).

The first REAL challenge was to my faith: Evolution was being taught in college either w/o judgement or with a bias against the God of the Bible. The comparative religion course ignored completely the 3 great monotheistic religions of the world and was heavy in the Eastern religions...... I had just enough familiarity of the scriptures to see affirmation in some of the practices and attitudes of the Eastern religions.... but there IS a difference between practices and attitudes which promise all the answers or subjugate our questioning and a relationship of faith in which I KNOW who has the answers AND I know HE cares for me; and, if I'm willing to have his comfort and to abide in HIM.... He will always walk with me and I with Him.... and without Him I really CAN do nothing.

So if I have been led to compromise at times, with a more sound background than many have today, how difficult it must be for the average middle aged or youth of today to know that there is a difference between the United States of America under the law of the Constitution........ and the compromises now made by law, judges and leadership to view the constitution as an evolving document, subject to new interpretations and new definitions which negate consideration of the supporting documents and the reliance on the Bible as the original standard and superior of all law and government, when the Constitution was penned.

Love it, like it, ignore it or hate it, society evolves and thus views on what the constitution says changes also evolves and changes. :tonofbricks:
