I have found nothing in Revolve NT edition to suggest that the devil moving through them. Again, it appears that you're making a judgement of a book by its cover, so to speak.

Yet, you will adhere to your own presuppositions regarding Revolve, rather than give me, a person who has looked into this topic in great depth, any credence.
Which brings us back to square one. You don't like the topic of the commentaries. That's your right. However, having read the commentaries myself, with my own eyes, I can tell you with certain objectivity that your concerns are unwarranted. I highly recommend these NT editions to anyone with teens.

But Johnv, if you can read the book of Genesis and not consider it to be historically factual, what makes you think I would believe what you say about a commentary in a magazine(not bible)?

That's amusing, coming from soneone who adheres to KJVOism. The issue of Genesis is an issue of interpretation, and not doctrinal. The issue of version-onlyism is clear false doctrine.

Yet, the main issue apart from that: I have scrutinized Revolve for myself, with my own eyes, in depth, and with the intent of protecting my children. You, otoh, have not seen it. You are making a judgement without having seen it. In other words, you're making a judgement in unrighteousness. I, otoh, am making a determination after having viewed the material firsthand.

That is just it, if something calls itself the Bible and it is not the King James Bible, I don't mess with it. But that is just me. If you can read around those stupid commetaries and you believe its ok, then so be it.

    God bless

I think these new so-called Bibles are disgusting. Another ploy of the devil on today's watered down Christianity.
God's Word is holy. To turn it into some kind of Cosmo-teen magazine thing is sick.
I'm just glad there are still a few people who are willing to stand for God's Word, and who won't give into compromise.

Watered down Christianity? If you condsider not using the KJV maybe  but otherwise these Bibles are hard hitting. They teach salvation through Jesus Christ just as much as the KJV.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Not everything that isn't the bible, isn't evil.

Well this just makes me want to puke. I whole heartly agree with Abby. Why don't the people just put a couple of verses from the NIV or what other perversion they want to use, and throw 'em in the Teen magazine. It would be the same thing!!!! Or associate Tony Hawk one of the most ungodly men in the would with the Apostle Paul or King David. I mean COME ON!

If MV's are perversions then the KJV is a Perversion.

it is pretty bad in my opinion, because it is making the Bible look contemporary and modern-teen like, the Bible is sacred and doesn't need beauty secrets and contemporary music reviews in it
