    Calvin was RIGHT about 3/5 of the time

    Arminius was RIGHT about 3/5 of the time

    They were both WRONG about certain KEY POINTS given in scripture that only GOD KNOWS FULLY.

    The Lord Jesus Christ has GIVEN US COMMAND OTHERWISE to "Occupy until I come."

    Great Commission and all.

    We must always remind ourselves that Calvin and Arminius were both a little bit less than infallable and inerrant!!

    Well said... none of us are infallable... that is why we have to pray and seek the Lord's guidance before we step into the pulpit.

    According to my wife I'm right maybe... just maybe 1/5 of the time... [​IMG]

    A wise man once told all of us "kids" who thought we were right all that time, that if we were right only 51% of the time, we could become millionaires in the stock-market within one year.

    I thought it was an interesting statement. It sure humbled me.
