What is the next huge natural disaster in America which will kill at least 5000 people and cause very serious environmental and economic damages?

Your link referes to the New Madrid "seismic zone" or fault line. And it has been 194 years since its last major subduction, so we are not within that time span mentioned, even though we are probably emerging from the Gaussian curve. As the years and decades go by, St. Louis and Memphis see increased risk of major destruction from the next quake.

I didn't vote. I believe the next disaster which takes 5000 or more American lives will be caused by an islamic attack, probably nuclear.

That's not a natural disaster in the scope of the poll, or in any other sense I can see.

My belief echoes that of LE, and because it's not natural, I voted otherwise.
