Nlt 2007

    I am having a very hard time finding any 2007 releases of the NLT. There are plenty of second editions (2004 and following) out there, but no 2007 revision. What gives? Any pointers?

    I wanted to find a pew bible in this so I could read it this year, and use it for Online Bible, but all I can find is the 2004 second edition.

    No but have you ever read YLT Youngs literal translation. I love it, let me know what you think of it.

    Tyndale House just recently (2008) put out the NLT Study Bible.

    I'd guess that much of their capital was put into publishing and promoting it.

    The economy may play a part in it too.
    Push the old product until it's gone, otherwise the stock becomes worthless.

    That's the price they pay for updating so quickly.
