Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

He thinks God is cruel by saving some and leaving others justly in their sins. In fact, He would have been just to kill us all in hell.

No I don't think that at all since God chooses as you say randomly why did He choose you? I just see God choosing based on His knowing beforehand and what did He know about you?

Please post any quote where SovereignGrace stated that "God chooses . . . randomly." Thank you.

I termed it wrong he believes God regenerated Him before faith, thus God chose Him that is elected Him so why? God chose and elected people so why did He chose one and not the other? So why did He choose you? Why? Scripture says He by his knowing beforehand He elected and Presestineted the believer, so why did He choose you was it a random choice? Our we're you found righteous enough? Or was it just random for you or SG?

That question has already been answered. Why are you ignoring the answer? Go back and read post #115 in this thread.

That only explains predestination and God's purpose my question was why you what was the purpose of Him choosing you or even me? Except He elected all believers based on His knowing beforehand, so again the question that you seem to avoid what did He know about you beforehand, and for SG what did God know about him beforehand?

He states that in his post #127 that my post 126 was a complete falsehood in that post I stated "he believes God regenerated him before faith" so he stated that the person we were talking about didn't beliveve in regeneration before faith since he stated the entire post was a "complete falsehood" thus the question so he doesn't believe God regenerated him before salvation.

Just like it says, "according to the good pleasure of His will." What part of that is so hard to understand?

Again He Predestinated the elect based on HIS knowing them and you beforehand, what did HE know about you or SG that brought His good pleasure?

He said your asinine statement "Scripture says He by his knowing beforehand He elected and Presestineted the believer, so why did He choose you was it a random choice? Our we're you found righteous enough? Or was it just random for you or SG" was a complete falsehood. (Not to mention borderline incoherent.)

Show where it was not everything in my statement, he said completely, what does completely mean if not every portion of what he is putting down because he disagrees with it.

That is not what it says.

1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

    Now look at verse 20.

Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.

Same word in Greek. It does not mean "He knew before hand and elected us because of how good, and wonderful, and great, and righteous we would be."

It means "appointed in the Divine purpose."

Get your silly little Strongs out and check what the word means. Note where it says "ordained."

I see you skipped Romans 8:
29 "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified."
Conformed, firstborn, called, justified, glorified, all refering to the elect and thus because of Him knowing beforehand those who would believe, He Predestinated, them because he did know beforehand, and that brings back the question, what did He know about you SG and all believers that he chose you?

Uh, Romans 8 is not in 1 Peter. Duh!
Yes. Read what it actually says. What did God predestinate us to be? To be "conformed to the image of his Son." God has pre-ordained that all those in Christ will be like Christ, eventually.
